This policy governs responsible use of artist information displayed in MixScout.

2. Platform Role

MixScout:

• Does not send messages
• Does not enable messaging tools
• Provides publicly available information and workflow tools only

All outreach occurs outside the platform.

3. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

• Outreach decisions
• Message content
• Compliance with local laws
• Respectful engagement

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Send spam
• Harass artists
• Misrepresent affiliation
• Conduct automated mass outreach
• Scrape contact data
